“Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition”

Some choices are difficult, but they are part of a man’s growth.

I started more than 10 years ago at InSpark. At the time I decided to focus on the modern workplace backed by Cloud technology. What followed were defining landmarks for my career. Visited Microsoft Management Summit many times and later at the heart on the Microsoft Campus in Redmond (WA), witnessed the launch of Enterprise Mobility Suite, the cradle and these days better known as Microsoft 365.

What started as a small startup has grown and become a leading Microsoft knowledge center with highly skilled Microsoft professionals of which I have been proud to be a part of for many years. During the time @InSpark we’ve been through a lot. We have grown, merged, acquired, accelerated, cried, laughed, innovated, (re)invented, and won together with my colleagues of what has been (and still is) a great team for more than a decade.

During the time at @InSpark I also achieve important personal milestones, such as becoming Microsoft MVP. @InSpark has always encouraged, supported, and facilitated me in this for which I am still grateful and proud of today. No success without a team! What I am most proud of is winning the many (Microsoft) awards. Still incredible how a relatively small company can make impact on global scale!

Now the time has come to say goodbye, a choice that was not easy, indeed, and certainly a post is not enough to explain it, or perhaps it cannot even be explained because the deepest feelings can hardly be translated into words. What I can say is that sometimes it is right to choose to change, to face different challenges, to grow, to complete oneself.

I wish @InSpark and colleagues both personal and profession all the best and every possible success. Keep sparkling!
